SMS Program Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your participation in the Altaris SMS messaging program (the “Program”). By opting in and receiving SMS messages from Altbanc, you agree to the terms described below.

1. Program Description

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to receive SMS (text) messages from Altbanc related to your inquiry, application, loan, and/or account, including (as applicable):

• Application and loan status updates (before, during, and after closing/funding)

• Requests for information or documents

• Appointment reminders and follow-ups

• Customer service and two-way conversational messaging

• Account-related notices and servicing communications

• From time to time, marketing and informational messages, such as market updates, industry updates, holiday announcements, reviews/follow-ups, and referral requests (where permitted by law and based on your preferences/consent) 

2. Opt-In

You may opt in by providing your mobile number through our website/forms and affirmatively consenting where presented, and/or by interacting with our SMS prompts or other consent capture methods.

TCPA/Auto dialer Consent: Notwithstanding any prior opt-in or opt-out election for telemarketing calls or texts, by opting in or providing a mobile number, you expressly consent to be contacted by Altaris  (and our agents, representatives, affiliates, service providers, and anyone calling/texting on our behalf) for purposes arising out of or relating to your inquiry, application, loan, and/or account, at any phone number you provide or that we can reasonably associate with your account.

You agree we may contact you via:

• SMS/text messages (including one-to-one and, where applicable, group or platform-based messaging),

• calls using prerecorded or artificial voice,

• and calls/texts delivered using an automatic telephone dialing system or other automated systems.

You represent that the mobile number you provided is yours or that you are authorized to provide it, and you agree to promptly notify us if you stop using that number.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency may vary depending on your interactions and the status of your application/loan/account. 

4. Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier. Altaris is not responsible for any charges you incur from your carrier. 

5. Opt-Out / Unsubscribe

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, you may receive a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed.
You may also contact us at (888) 493-8983 to request assistance with opting out.

6. Help & Support

For assistance, you can:

• Reply HELP to any SMS message; or

• Email us at support@altbanc.us ; or

• Call (888) 493-8983 during normal business hours. 

7. Privacy

Your participation in the Program is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at:

We will collect and use your personal information (including your phone number) only as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not share your SMS opt-in data with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. 

8. Rights & Limitations

We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Program or these Terms and Conditions at any time. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will update the “Last Updated” date and may provide notice through SMS or other means.

Carriers are not liable for delays or failures in message delivery.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of [State/Country of Jurisdiction] without regard to conflict of law principles.
